Objectives

    •  In this course the student will extend their brewing knowledge to include all grain methods.

    •  At the end of the course the student will be able identify the equipment needed to brew all grain beer.

    •  At the end of the course the student will be able to identify the ingredients needed to brew beer from all grain.
    •  At the end of the course the student will have successfully brewed a batch of beer from ingredients to fermenting beer.
