| Prerequisites: The student should have completed the Kit Brewing Course and the Partial Grain Brewing Course. The student should have a basic knowledge of the brewing process needed to brew with kits and or extracts. |
| Course Description: This course is designed to take the home brewer to the next level in their brewing journey. By the end of the course the student will be able to brew a beer from all grains. This course is the prerequisite to Designing Your Own Recipes. |
| Course Outcomes: Identify ingredients needed to brew all grain. Identify the equipment needed to brew all grain. Identify the steps needed to brew all grain. |
| Materials: The online portion of this course is inclusive in this web site. In order to brew the beer the student will need the following items: |

In section 1 Getting Ready we will discuse the items needed to brew and the need for sanitary conditions. This section will conclude with a quiz.
1.1 Select a Recipe : we will discuse what recipe to choose
1.2 Ingredients: we will discuse what ingredients are needed for an all grain brew
1.3 Gather your Materials Here we will make sure that we have everything to brew
1.4 Step Three: Sanitize This step is the same for all brewing but it is the most important
1.5 Quiz
In seciton 2 Making Wort we will actually assemble the ingredients and brew an All Grain Brew. Students will assembel a brewing tower and take a test.
2. Makeing Wort
2.1 Step Four: Get the Mash GoingLauter/Sparge/Mash out we set up the mash and assemble a tower
2.2 Step Five: Rinse Grains/Lauter/Sparge/Mash outLauter/Sparge/Mash out Now we get the goodies out
2.3 Step Six: Boil the Wort. in this section we will cover boiling times and hops
2.4 Step Seven: Chill/Move/Pitch Yeast. last but not least we will add the character
2.5 Fermenting now it is beer.
