SAM FRANK MARSALIS

October 10, 1952-May, 2000

Sam was many things in his life:  teacher, preacher, devoted son, husband and father.  He was an honor student in high school and spent some time in the Navy after he graduated.  He finished college and went on to become a teacher.  He was a devout Christian and was often asked to speak at services for his church.

Sam was very ill for many years with lung problems and died in the VA Hospital in San Antonio.  He left behind his wife, Mary and sons Aaron and Benjamin.  He is buried beside his father, Dan Jr. in Corpus Christi, Texas
